Duties: Tier1 network operations center analyst. Oversee health and status of

a multi-million dollar cyber defense infrastructure. Responsible for identifying

and escalating network outages and cyber system anomalies. Perform initial fault

isolation and resolution, Record key events and brief program leadership.

Field Engineer – Raytheon – Global

Status: Commercial contractor, Duties (TSA Project): Provide relocation support

at airports across the United States with the following equipment: Repiscan X-ray,

Smiths Detection X-ray, Explosive Trace Detectors , Walk though Detectors ,

Explosive Detection systems and Advanced Imaging Technology . Support the

deployment of new systems by providing project oversight. Read and interpret

installation drawings, construction drawings and blueprints.

Duties (STARS Project): Perform system configuration, integration and

acceptance testing of Standard Terminal Automation Replacement systems

(STARS). Installed equipment racks according to regulation guidelines. Install

and route cable per engineering specifications, configure network equipment,

install O/S and software. Implement software changes and upgrades, perform

acceptance testing and provide system maintenance support at FAA and DOD

sites.
